The objective of a Junior BI Developer is to support and improve company-wide, data-driven decision-making processes. This is achieved by maintaining, optimising, and evolving the existing infrastructure of data services. This role directly assists the BI analysts on the team by enabling them and translating their findings into reports for broader use. The Junior BI Developer will focus on developing and refining the enterprise reporting application, MicroStrategy.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Track KPIs and internal reporting
- Explore and analyse complex data sets
- Model data and metadata to support reporting in the BI platform
- Support the management of all data warehouse access layers
- Develop, maintain, and administer the enterprise reporting application, MicroStrategy
- Create data visualisations to effectively communicate findings
- Support the business in translating insights into reports, understand the needs of non-technical users, and present results in an easily consumable format
- Encourage colleagues to use the self-service reporting platform by providing necessary training and support
- IT or Mathematics education preferred
- Strong reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and relational databases
- Experience with a visualisation tool, preferably MicroStrategy or Tableau
