Our challenge

The PM Oversight person is responsible for providing governance and oversight of the technology book of work, in line with Program and project management guidelines.

The Role

Responsibilities:

Ensure project artifacts and documentation are aligned with projects and project management guidelines consistently.

Identify and support mitigation of potential risks that could impact project timelines or budgets, working with technology teams to address challenges.

Collaborating with the respective business team to help define priorities in the project management tool

Assigning technology resources to appropriate projects while ensuring accurate time tracking for accounting purposes.
