👉 Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Systems Engineer to support the operations of the ChatGPT and Copilot Centre at our clients Office.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in SaaS administration, Microsoft 365, and cloud technologies, contributing to change processes.

It is an Initial 6 months contract with possible extension based in Sydney CBD.

Your day at NTT

• Act as a Systems Engineer supporting the ChatGPT and Copilot platforms.
• Perform day-to-day system changes and updates under guidance from senior engineers.
• Administer and maintain SaaS platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Support cloud administration tasks within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Assist with API integrations, including generating and managing API keys.
• Participate in change management processes, documentation, and system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of AI tools.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

• Proven experience in SaaS administration and cloud technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Basic understanding of API integration and key management.
• Familiarity with change control processes and ITIL practices.
• Experience with Azure AD, PowerShell scripting, or automation tools.
• Exposure to AI platforms or enterprise-level chatbot systems.
• Understanding of security and compliance in cloud environments.
