🚀 FleetFox is hiring: Junior Full-Stack Developer (with UX/UI focus)

We’ve built Europe’s leading managed marketplace for on-site fleet operations — today active in 6 countries, 12 cities, covering services from washing to fueling to relocations. Our tech stack is fully proprietary, built in-house, and is the backbone of scaling a complex, ops-heavy business profitably.

We’re looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer who loves building customer-facing systems, has an eye for clean UX/UI, knows how to use modern dev tools, and isn’t afraid of startup speed. You’ll work closely with our lead full-stack developer and product team to turn backend systems into intuitive tools that fleet managers use daily.

What you’ll do

• Build the FleetFox Client Portal from the ground up (Vue 3, Tailwind CSS, Laravel backend).
• Take over minor IT support & bug fixes (so our lead can focus on scaling backend).
• Connect backend data into functions, clear dashboards, reports, and interfaces.
• Work with product to design practical B2B workflows — think function over fluff.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience with frontend development (Vue/React, Tailwind or similar).
• Solid understanding of backend basics (Laravel, PostgreSQL, APIs).
• Previous exposure to ops-heavy or B2B SaaS systems (mobility/logistics a plus).
• UX/UI sensibility — not Dribbble shots, but real usable products.
• Know how to properly use AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to move faster.
• Comfortable with Jira, Git, and startup-style workflows.
• Strong English communication. Based in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
