Your play in it?

You’ll join as a dedicated AI Automation Engineer, directly embedded in our operations team. Every week, you’ll pick up a real, repetitive operational problem and solve it with smart, scalable AI automation. Think: N8N flows, RPA, custom agents, AI-enhanced dashboards, integration layers, web-hooks, etc.

Your Superpowers:

• You live and breathe tools like Make.com, N8N, assistant-ui.com, THEOgrowth, syllable.ai, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar.
• You’re quick — not just in ideation, but in execution. We value "done fast" over "perfect next quarter."
• You get a rush from seeing a clunky manual process vanish thanks to your smart workflows.
• You understand operations, process mapping, and decision-tree logic.
• You're experienced — at least 3 years building AI automations, bots, or internal tooling.
• You’re practical. You know how to go from a conversation to an MVP by EOD.
• You speak “human” — we have amazing domain owners who will feed you challenges on a platter.
• You're data-driven, you can automate dashboards, alerts, QA systems, CRM syncs, Slack assistants, and RPA workflows.

Can Be Useful:

• Past experience in fleet tech, logistics, automotive, marketplaces, gig-economy, or ops-heavy industries.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for AI automation scripting.
• You’re kind of an AI nerd. Nerds are COOL! Jokingly, you might call yourself an "autistic AI-enthusiast" (you’ll fit right in). 😅

• Location: Preferably Estonia (HQ) or the Baltics. Remote also OK.
