An exciting opportunity at a tight-knit, family-run consultancy that’s been established for over 25 years. Recently, they’ve rapidly expanded their data team, which now operates as a separate branch focused exclusively on Azure-based analytics, no legacy on-premise systems involved.

The team has grown from just 25 people company-wide to 100, with the data division growing to around 40 specialists since its inception in 2021. They work with customers across various industries, ranging from €40M+ in revenue to much larger enterprises, and importantly, as a consultancy, they own all their projects. They also ensure projects are staffed with at least two consultants to foster collaboration.

They’re currently looking for Data Engineers with 4+ years of experience, ideally with skills spanning Azure Fabric, Databricks, DBT, and Snowflake. Full stack data engineering expertise, including data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and Power BI is highly valued, though they are open to backend-focused candidates who are eager to engage with frontend aspects depending on the project.

Fluency in Finnish is essential, as is an open-minded approach to working with new technologies and flexible project scopes.
