Join the Financial Crime Lifecycle Management Tribe at Danske Bank, a global team of over 100 dedicated professionals from three countries committed to fighting financial crime and enhancing banking safety. Our team is not just about banking; We’re leveraging most modern Cloud technologies and working in a Big Data environment to develop advanced solutions that ensure trust and security in the financial system.
We are currently seeking an Experienced .NET Backend Engineer for our Transactional Data squad. As part of this modern, cross-border team, you will use your .NET expertise to solve complex business challenges and contribute to our mission.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
You will:
Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will:
- Join a mature squad of highly skilled individuals, united by a common goal
- Contribute to designing and building a modern, distributed solution that leverages multiple native AWS services to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance in Big Data environment
- Stay at the forefront of technological innovation, ensuring top-notch efficiency and software quality
- Contribute to resolving incidents and bugs, enhancing our platform's stability and performance
- Thrive in a self-organizing Scrum team, embodying an agile mindset
- Understand the value of comprehensive documentation and contribute to it when necessary
- Collaborate closely with architects, fellow software engineers, and business analysts
- Contribute to the development of a modern, robust, and secure banking system
- 3-5+ years of experience in developing and delivering robust enterprise products / applications, using Microsoft tech stack including C#, WEB API, .NET CORE (preferably .NET 5+)
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL and Entity Framework or similar ORM Tools
- Understanding of Cloud technologies, such as AWS (Lambda, ECS, ElastiCache, Kinesis, Aurora) or Azure
- Experience with Message communication platforms, such as RabbitMQ
- Experience in AzureDevOps / Github, CI/CD automation, IaC using Terraform
- Understanding of Container based development (Docker) and Kubernetes (OpenShift)
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Upper-Intermediate English skills
Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
