We are currently recruiting for a BA role to work hybrid for a Financial Client based in Luxembourg, Europe:

Duration: 6-12 months + chance of extensions

Location: Luxembourg (4 out of 5 days onsite per week)

Pay Rate: Negotiable

• Business: Accounting & BA knowledge in Private Capital
• Norms & Process: various GAAP
• Technical: Analytical skills
• Functional: Business Analyst skills
• Technological: eFront / Unity (Confluence)
• Software: Pack Microsoft Office, Allshare / Confluence / Jira Lanta / Teams / Outlook / eFront / Octane

Activities:

• Analyse and document the Private Capital business process (Specialized in fund
• Accounting and specifically in the production of Financial Statements and Reporting to CSSF/BCL)
• Working with business representatives to understand and challenge cross locations requirements, scope and validate acceptance criteria.
• Write clear business needs in a document that will be used by IT to built the solution
• Identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the Private Capital business domain
• Define mappings & business rules to achieve compatibility between “as is” and “to be” models
• Assistance during User Acceptance Testing as required
