CO-FOUNDER: Product Manager for AI/Blockchain Startup

We are in search of a Product Manager / Co-Founder who can dedicate at least 15 hours per week. This is not a freelance gig. We are looking for someone who wants to build and own Benno AI with us.

Cash compensation is limited at this stage, but as part of our founder collective, you will earn ownership in the same way as every other founder of the company, and get cash in the same way as every other cofounder.

ABOUT BENNO AI

Benno AI is your AI-powered productivity coach. It plans, schedules, and — uniquely — keeps people motivated through AI-driven gamification and blockchain rewards.

We are transforming how people work by combining:

• AI planning (Benno figures out the next steps to achieve your goals and plans them out over month, week and day)
• AI motivation (Benno tracks your and your team's accomplishments and gives you rewards that translate into WorkCoins)
• Simple, Duolingo-style design that makes productivity fun

Our team includes engineers, designers, psychologists, and entrepreneurs from USA, India, Germany, and beyond. Now, we are looking for a dedicated product manager to join as co-founder and help us move Benno to the next level.

DAO ORGANIZATION

We are organized as a founder cooperative. More than 6 founders already co-own the company. Ownership is distributed based on actual contributions of time and expertise.

Every founder chooses between cash and equity:

• More equity = less cash
• More cash = less equity

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will help guide Benno AI from internal prototype to mass adoption. That means:

• Product Management (50%)
• Define product requirements and priorities
• Create wireframes and collaborate with designers
• Coordinate with content creators and editors
• Optimize user flows and conversion
• 
  
• Technical Project Management (40%)
• Join tech meetings and translate requirements into tasks
• Create roadmaps and Gantt charts
• Track progress and keep development aligned
• 
  
• Quality Assurance (10%)
• Manual testing of new features
• Review bugs and suggest improvements

Status

We are bootstrapped and currently talk to investors. We have just started using our product ourselves.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong product management experience in SaaS or tech products
• Very high intelligence
• Interest in AI, blockchain, and gamified SaaS products
• Bonus: entrepreneurial experience in an online business

TIME & COMPENSATION

• Time commitment: 15 hours per week (part-time, remote)
• Compensation: Same model as all co-founders, a mix of equity and limited cash
• As the company is not yet profitable, cash is minimal. Equity is the main compensation at this stage.
