Job Description

Responsible for account delivery, our PDM staff manage and monitor KPIs, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. These multifunctional teams take care of everything from pre-sales, to monitoring progress, to reporting and mitigating risks.

As an Agile Project Manager at Endava, you are responsible for successfully implementing and delivering projects using Agile methodologies. You'll also serve as a facilitator, communicator, and leader, fostering collaboration, efficiency and effective project execution. An Agile Project Manager plays crucial role in guiding the team, managing stakeholder expectations and driving the project toward its objectives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Graduate degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects
  • Experienced in developing team and leading team project
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners/teams
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Well defined problem solving
  • Strong sensitivity for dynamic and multi-cultural environments
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
