In this key role, you will lead product strategy and implementation for the Interoperability Products Platform, driving advancements that enhance the interoperability of healthcare information. Your work will help shape a healthcare system that is connected, accessible, and secure, ultimately improving health outcomes for Australians.
Your duties will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance digital health adoption across Australia.
- Engaging in complex problem-solving to address interoperability challenges.
- Managing product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Leading efforts to cultivate relationships with software vendors and other sector partners.
- Producing regular status reports and resource allocations to track project progress.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience leading discussions with diverse partners.
- Deep understanding of applications development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in aligning business and product strategies within a governmental or healthcare context.
- Demonstrated experience in health or government projects.
- Certification in Product Management highly desirable.
