Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern for 12 months in our Vienna office to work closely with our HR team on supporting both daily administration and people projects. While being onboarded and trained by our team, you will quickly take over your own responsibilities and contribute towards our mission to "Make Sports Happen".

This role is designed to give you valuable hands-on experience in HR while opening the door for future career opportunities at Eversports. Depending on the business and personal development, there may be the option to continue with us beyond the internship.

Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)

Planned start: As soon as possible

Duration: 6-12 months

Office: VIENNA, Austria

Your Tasks

• Support daily HR administration (contract creation, onboarding documentation, scheduling)
• Assist in maintaining and improving HR processes and documentation
• Contribute to automation and efficiency projects using tools like Greenhouse, Personio and Confluence
• Provide scheduling support for recruiting activities and interviews
• Collaborate on team projects that strengthen culture and employee experience
• Take ownership of ad-hoc HR-related tasks and contribute ideas for process improvement
  
  

Your Profile

• You're currently enrolled at a university as a full-time student
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Passion for HR, people-related topics, and curiosity for technology/AI
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and high attention to detail
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
• Positive and team-oriented attitude, comfortable following processes while contributing ideas
