We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can quickly take ownership, reinforce the team, and evolve into a lead developer role.

Function Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work in an Agile squad alongside internal and external colleagues, responsible for both Dev and Ops activities:

• Translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
• Backend: Kotlin and Spring Framework (main focus).
• Frontend: iOS and Android mobile development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
• Integrate with external APIs and data sources.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Apply best practices in coding, clean code, and refactoring.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs.
• Participate in Ops tasks, including CI/CD pipeline setup and monitoring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• At least 6 years of relevant backend development experience.
• Strong exposure to Agile and Scrum projects.

Technical Experience (Mandatory)

• A true Software Craftsman, committed to clean code and craftsmanship.
• Deep understanding of OO principles, DDD, SOLID, design patterns.
• Practical experience with TDD and willingness to do pair programming.
• Strong skills in:
• Kotlin, Java, Spring, Maven, Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• REST APIs with Swagger (YAML)
• Git / VCS
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins or equivalent)
• SAST tools (SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ or similar)
• Docker, Containers, Groovy
• Experience in API automation testing.

Technical Experience (Nice to Have)

• Interest or experience in mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Additional expertise in Kotlin for mobile apps.
