Back-end Developer – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

We are looking for an experienced Back-end Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will design, develop and optimize backend systems, integrations, and automations across D365 Sales & Customer Service environments.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Build and maintain backend integrations, APIs, and automation flows
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and secure architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design & delivery
• Manage environments, solution layers, and security roles

🎯 Required Skills

• 5+ years developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
• Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, RESTful APIs
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, backend integrations
• Hands-on experience with D365 Sales & Customer Service modules
• Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)
• Strong understanding of data flows, integration patterns & databases

✨ Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of React, Vue.js
• Experience with Power BI for reporting
• Familiarity with Azure Services & DevOps pipelines
