Your main responsibilities
- Researching and digging deep into details to work out the trading / market making strategies in De-Fi with focus on providing value to market participants
- Monitor trading systems in real-time and adjust trading parameters to maximize profitability
- Analyze our historical data and implement trading system efficiency improvements
- Hands-on experience building DeFi trading strategies
- Good Python skills - to review solutions done by software engineers and be able to write some code yourself, if necessary
- Skills to prepare and analyze data for your conclusions
- Understanding of blockchain basics: transactions, wallets, smart contracts, double spend, transactions pool, mining is a plus
- Owner mindset - focus on delivering the most value to the markets and the most value to the company
- Strong desire and curiosity to further explore algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, and market-making trading.
