Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing control procedures to ensure product and process quality
• Participating in risk analyses (e.g. FMEA, PFMEA) and implementing improvements (KAIZEN)
• Managing non-conformities by preparing and monitoring corrective actions
• Maintaining measurement systems and control plans
• Preparing validation documentation and performing tests
• Optimizing processes and supporting the development of new products and manufacturing processes
• Conducting incoming inspections using measuring tools and managing gauges
• Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding product quality
• Performing internal audits in accordance with ISO standards

Job requirements:

• Technical education (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
• Basic knowledge and understanding of technical documentation, drawings, and geometric tolerances
• Experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Ability to apply risk analysis methodologies (FMEA, PFMEA)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure
• Proficiency in English

Preferred:

• Experience in the automotive industry, electric motor industry, or electromechanical components
• Experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), knowledge of PC-DMIS software
