Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing control procedures to ensure product and process quality
- Participating in risk analyses (e.g. FMEA, PFMEA) and implementing improvements (KAIZEN)
- Managing non-conformities by preparing and monitoring corrective actions
- Maintaining measurement systems and control plans
- Preparing validation documentation and performing tests
- Optimizing processes and supporting the development of new products and manufacturing processes
- Conducting incoming inspections using measuring tools and managing gauges
- Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding product quality
- Performing internal audits in accordance with ISO standards

Job requirements:
- Technical education (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of technical documentation, drawings, and geometric tolerances
- Experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Ability to apply risk analysis methodologies (FMEA, PFMEA)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English
Preferred:
- Experience in the automotive industry, electric motor industry, or electromechanical components
- Experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), knowledge of PC-DMIS software
