Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead the deployment and commissioning of industrial equipment within the Stamping Department at the facility in Novo Mesto. The role involves managing technical solutions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the readiness and performance of production tools for a new vehicle program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement stamping equipment and associated industrial processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and supplier teams.
• Monitor project planning, budget, and technical compliance.
• Support production ramp-up and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational readiness of equipment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in industrial project management.
• Experience in automotive stamping or industrial equipment deployment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English: other languages are a plus.
