OpenText is looking for an experienced ITOM Lead Solution Consultant to join our high-performing Sales Engineering team in Qatar. You'll be at the forefront of shaping how our enterprise clients manage observability, automation, and service management — from demo to delivery.
This is your opportunity to work with a best-in-class ITOM portfolio, engage C-level stakeholders, and influence digital transformation across public and enterprise sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the technical lead in the sales cycle for ITOM and OSM solutions (Operations Bridge, SMAX, NOM, HCMX, etc.)
- Design and showcase tailored solution demos, PoCs, and value propositions
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to shape GTM strategy
- Lead ESM and AIOps conversations using ITIL and IT4IT methodologies
- Influence account growth through your deep understanding of IT operations and observability
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of technical / consultative selling experience in IT operations or service management
- Strong understanding of observability, AIOps, automation, and infrastructure monitoring tools
- Experience with OpenText ITOM, HPE/Micro Focus tools, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills — capable of influencing technical and executive stakeholders
- Certifications in ITIL (mandatory) and knowledge of IT4IT (a plus)
