Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for UPI payment solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.

Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and other regulatory norms related to UPI.

Work with engineering teams to prioritize features, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Drive product launches, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch performance analysis.

Monitor key product metrics and implement improvements to enhance adoption, retention, and transaction volumes.

Liaise with banking partners and NPCI for seamless integration and updates.

Act as a product evangelist internally and externally.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or digital payments.

Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of UPI architecture, payment flows, and regulatory landscape.

Technical Knowledge:

Acquiring bank integration knowledge

Knowledge of UDIR refunds

Deep understanding of UPI flow

Knowledge of UPI switch working

Collaboration: Experience working with engineering and design teams in an Agile environment.
