Network Engineer (BAU Support)

Sydney | 3 Days Onsite (Mascot)

Initial 6 Month Contract with a view to Permanent

$450 per day (including super)

We are seeking a mid-level Network Engineer to join our managed services team, supporting both BAU operations and project-based Network and Security initiatives for a major enterprise client. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills, learn from senior engineers, and work towards certifications, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role after the initial 6 months.

What you will be doing

• Providing day-to-day support across the enterprise network and security environments
• Contributing to project delivery alongside BAU responsibilities
• Collaborating with a highly experienced team to gain exposure to best practices and advanced technologies

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing and Switching
• Practical knowledge of Fortinet firewalls
• Background in enterprise environments
• A growth mindset suited to a mid-level engineer who wants to upskill, learn from others, and achieve certifications
