We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead a significant release train within the Banking Industry. Main Responsibilities:
The RTE will oversee the entire release train, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple Scrum teams dedicated to Transaction Banking and Payment data.

Main Responsibilities:
The RTE will oversee the entire release train, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple Scrum teams dedicated to Transaction Banking and Payment data.
- Lead and facilitate release train ceremonies.
- Manage dependencies and remove impediments.
- Coordination with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support and mentor Scrum Masters and team members.
- Implement scaling methods and best practices.
- Manage the delivery of high-quality software increments.
- Promote transparency and communication across teams.
- Oversee the execution of Agile methodologies.
- SAFe Release Train Engineer experience of 6+ years.
- Scrum Master experience of 6+ years.
- Background in Data Warehouse and Data Engineering.
- Solution architecture experience focused on Data platforms.
- Strong background in software engineering (Java/Python).
- Knowledge of Payments and Transaction Banking Business.
- Familiarity with ISO20022 standards.
- Experience with SWIFT messaging protocols.
