Key responsibilities

• Innovative Project Leadership: Embrace the challenge of project management by mastering and bringing your own improvements to the PM toolkit and driving its implementation across various initiatives.
• Project Management: Guide project sponsors and owners to create clear project charters, workstreams, and timelines, ensuring effective governance and accountability.
• Structured Progress Oversight: Establish and manage project structures and progress using efficient meeting setups and meticulous progress tracking.
• Issue Resolution: Leverage structured governance to swiftly address and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster productive relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues, driving collaboration and alignment.
• Data-driven Insights: Capture, analyse, and present new product project metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.

Your Profile:

• 5 years + professional Project Management experience,
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Fluent English
• You don't need food science experience or background for this role, it's all about your Project Management capabilities and your personality!
