Beam.lu is an innovative IT solutions company with a focus on DevOps, cloud engineering, and IT software development services. We are expanding our operations in Portugal and are looking for a talented Senior Mobile App Developer specialising in React Native to join our team and help shape the future of mobile applications for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest React Native advancements and incorporate them into the development process.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in mobile app development with a focus on React Native (portfolio or published apps required).
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Experience integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
- Knowledge of native mobile development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Familiarity with app store submission processes (Apple App Store and Google Play).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
