Job role - Java Expert
Location - Amsterdam, Netherlands
Job description:
- Lead the technical architecture and development of microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- -Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets project requirements.
- Debug and resolve issues, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of backend services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Act as a technical mentor for squad members, conducting onboarding sessions and technical deep dives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and SonarQube.
- Ensure secure service communication using OAuth2, Auth0, and API Gateway.
- Own the design and implementation of event-driven systems using Kafka and Saga patterns.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality.
- Participate in technical interviews and hackathons to identify and onboard top talent.
