Job Title: Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out | Dubai

Salary: AED 25,000-35,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation through to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for commercial and healthcare interior fit-outs

• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control across all phases

• Ensure compliance with sustainability objectives and LEED requirements

• Provide clear reporting and communication to clients and internal teams

• Resolve site challenges and maintain safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in UAE interior fit-out industry

• Proven success in delivering complex commercial or healthcare projects

• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
