Job Description:

• Supervising and quality inspection for ATN equipment installation, like ATN910 series.
• ATN equipment commissioning and acceptance test with customer.
• New software release update and implementation, including ATN product.
• Carry out hardware and software expansion/faults for the existing operational network.
• Equipment logs information collecting and escalating for troubleshooting.
• Be familiar with the NMS experience, can use Huawei NCE-IP to do NE expansion, integration and commissioning.
• Understand the ATN configurations, and with the ability to prepare the scripts based on the design.
• Understand the logs and alarms of ATN devices and can use NCE-IP to do service monitoring and migration.
• With the capability to make the ATN dismantling related configurations.

Requirements:

1. Years of experience from 5-8 years.
2. Ability to work with minimum supervision
3. Good communication and reporting skills

5. Good troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
6. Good organizational and time management skills
7. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Outlook.
8. Ability to engage with and communicate with vendors, service providers, employees, and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
