Role objective

Ensure management of complex cyber security projects.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a dynamic range of cybersecurity projects (CSIRT establishment and modernisation, capacity building, technology implementation and cybersecurity audit);
  • Ensure detailed project documentation, resource and risk management;
  • Manage communication, ensure timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in;
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, third parties, and other experts, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration;
  • Adhere project management best practices and methodologies.


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in international project management (ex. complex IT projects, digital transformation, etc.);
  • Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity technologies and standards;
  • Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong ownership, results orientation, persistence, patience, and positive attitude;
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing complex project schedules, resources, and documentation;
  • Possibility to travel for 1–2-week projects implementation missions abroad.


Preferred additional qualifications

  • Project Management Certificate (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMI, etc.);
  • Understanding security standards (ISO 27001).
