We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Analyst to join our Compliance Systems & Analytics team. This role will focus on data fidelity, reporting accuracy, and proactive identification of data quality issues across critical compliance platforms.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze compliance and transaction data to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies impacting report accuracy and decision-making.
- Partner with Product Owners, Policy, Engineering, and Regional Compliance teams to investigate root causes, coordinate fixes, and validate resolution.
- Develop and maintain recurring data quality reports and dashboards to track key indicators and surface actionable insights.
- Support transformation initiatives by validating data mappings, transformations, and integrations across compliance platforms.
- Proactively initiate and track data remediation projects to ensure compliance obligations are met and systemic issues are addressed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data quality rules, audit checks, and process improvements.
- Document data issues, proposed solutions, and impact assessments for transparency and regulatory traceability.
- Proven track record of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role with exposure to compliance, risk, or regulated environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases and ability to write complex queries and perform data profiling.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Experience working with large data sets across multiple systems, ideally in a global financial or compliance-driven organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect data issues to system workflows and business processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance areas such as KYC, transaction monitoring, or regulatory reporting is a plus.
- Background in compliance technology, RegTech, or fintech environments.
- Understanding of data governance, metadata, or data lineage frameworks.
- Experience with Python, R, or scripting languages.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,858 – 2,823 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
