Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design and implement machine learning models to address key business challenges.
- Data Preparation: Clean, preprocess, and transform data for model training and evaluation.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain automated ML pipelines to support scalable workflows.
- Model Training & Optimization: Train, validate, and optimize models for accuracy and performance.
- Documentation & Templates: Develop standardized templates and technical documentation for AI workflows.
- Deployment & Integration: Work with application teams to deploy models into business applications and services.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Implement monitoring tools to track model performance, detect data drift, and ensure operational reliability.
- 5+ years of experience in software development using Python.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Exposure to NLP and generative AI development is a plus.
- Experience with Databricks is a strong plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional application teams.
