Overview:

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences while ensuring visually polished and consistent interfaces. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to transform user needs into elegant, practical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and tools.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in UX/UI design or similar roles.
• Strong expertise with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving skills, user-centered design, and impactful projects.
• In-depth knowledge of interaction design principles and user-centered methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
