About The Role

We are seeking a talented, creative, and visionary UX/UI Designer to join our passionate team. As our UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate directly with the Head of Product Design to reimagine how millions of users interact with cybersecurity tools. Your work will influence the design of user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional, transforming cybersecurity from a tedious task into an empowering experience. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that set new standards in the industry, ensuring users feel more secure and confident online.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in UX/UI design roles
• Portfolio demonstrating strong user-centered design principles
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and presenting
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles across web, desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries
• Knowledge of emerging UX/UI trends and best practices
• Passion for creating elegant and impactful user experiences with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders, to define user requirements, project goals, and visual design specifications
• Lead the entire design process from concept ideation, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI implementation, ensuring consistency and usability
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs effectively
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure visual consistency across products
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, advocating for their integration into our design processes
• Leverage Keeper’s brand guidelines and evolve the design system to maintain a cohesive visual identity
• Design responsive layouts optimized for various devices and platforms, including web, mobile, and tablet
• Present and articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to enhance user satisfaction and engagement
