Position: Network Administrator

About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Administrator with about 2 years of hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise IT networks.
- This role will be part of our internal bench program, with the opportunity to be deployed across client projects in diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.
- Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and backups to keep infrastructure secure and up-to-date.
- Provide support for end-users by diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure smooth integration of networking components with business applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in network administration or related IT role.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching concepts.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network equipment.
- Familiarity with firewall management, VPN setup, and network security best practices.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to VoIP and unified communication systems.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
