The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll sit at the core of the platform’s success:

• Infrastructure at Scale: Design, build, and manage a secure, multi-tenant SaaS environment on AWS.
• CI/CD Leadership: Shape and optimise deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps) for seamless delivery from commit to production.
• Automation First: Champion Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) to enable repeatable, reliable environments.
• Security Mindset: Embed security into infrastructure and pipelines, applying AWS security tooling and compliance best practices.
• Observability & Reliability: Deploy monitoring, logging, and incident response systems that ensure fast, resilient uptime.
• Performance & Scalability: Tune systems for cost-effective performance as usage grows across global markets.
• Business Continuity: Own disaster recovery and resilience strategies to safeguard customer trust.

Experience

We’re looking for engineers who thrive in fast-moving, mission-driven environments:

• 5+ years in DevOps/Site Reliability/Platform Engineering.
• Proven success managing commercial SaaS platforms at scale in AWS.
• Deep AWS expertise (VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.) and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline design
• Strong scripting (Bash, Python) and automation skills.
• Experience with monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, OpenSearch, ELK, etc.).
• Solid grounding in networking, system administration, and cloud security.
• Collaborative problem-solver who takes ownership and moves fast.
• AWS DevOps certifications, containerisation (Docker), or knowledge of security frameworks (CIS, OWASP).
