ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing our brand’s apps as well as working on defining the user experiences for various applications. You will collaborate with the Design Lead in a cross-functional team to deliver high-class designs that help define and shape our brand, set standards and meet our clients' needs.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a part of a great, international team you will be involved in the development of our existing and new client-facing products.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs of all of our applications that align with our brand identity.
  • Contribute to UI/UX design discussions and provide input on user experience improvements.
  • You review existing UX processes and develop appropriate actionable recommendations.
  • Maintaine and improve design components of our component library.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ experience in UX and UI design with knowledge of user experience, wireframing, prototyping, and creating intuitive interfaces.
  • Ability to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to produce low-fi sketches and prototypes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma (or design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 

OPTIONAL SKILLS

  • Experience in designing mobile applications.
  • Writing frontend code (knowledge in HTML and CSS as well as modern design systems).
  • You know how to work with frontend frameworks like AntDesign, Bootstrap, etc.

 

OTHER DETAILS

  • Full-time employee (40 hours/week).
  • Reports to Head of Application Development.
  • Location: The Netherlands, Germany, UK
  • Compensation depending on qualifications and experience.
