Human Capital Development Assistant Manager

- Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
- Day- to-day Operations: Develop and Deliver Training: Design and implement training programs for new hires to ensure a successful onboarding experience, and for the existing employees when required.
- Oversee Onboarding Process: Manage the entire onboarding process from offer acceptance to full integration into the company.
- Ensure Smooth Integration: Facilitate the successful transition and integration of new employees into their roles and the company culture, close follow up with hiring department on the technical training for new joiners.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work with various departments such as Government Relations, HC Operations, and other functions to manage administrative tasks and requirements for new hires.
- Manage Administrative Requirements: Ensure new joiners have necessary system access and handle other onboarding-related administrative tasks.
- Conduct Exit Interviews: Gather feedback from departing employees to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and employee experience processes.
- Enhance Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and overall experience.
- Support Talent Management: Collaborate with the Talent Management team on relevant projects and initiatives related to employee development and retention, this includes administering company LMS.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and Purchasing department requirements, policies and standards.
- Health, Safety, & Environment: Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Related Assignments: Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
