About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. You will be a key player in building and scaling our customer-facing platforms, creating intuitive, high-performance, and delightful user experiences. You will own the frontend architecture, champion best practices, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring our vision to life.

• Lead frontend development initiatives with a focus on building a scalable, performant, and maintainable user interface.
• Architect and build robust applications using React.js and Next.js, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and performance.
• Own the end-to-end deployment pipeline using modern CI/CD tools, with a focus on seamless deployments via Vercel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex product requirements and design mockups into high-quality, functional code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other frontend engineers, fostering a culture of excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Drive initiatives to optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Partner with engineering leadership to shape frontend best practices and contribute to the overall engineering culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years) in frontend development, with at least 5+ years of deep expertise in React.js and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Demonstrable experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications. Direct experience with Vercel and its platform features is a strong plus.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API) and modern frontend testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• A solid understanding of web vitals, performance optimization techniques, and core web principles.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to lead projects independently from conception to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with PropTech or other data-intensive financial platforms.
• Experience with design systems and component-driven development (e.g., Storybook).
• Familiarity with backend concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with API teams.
• Experience with monitoring and analytics tools for frontend applications.
