About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manual and automation testing, with experience across web applications, mobile applications, and backend systems. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is curious about AI technologies and has hands-on familiarity with testing AI tools and AI agents.

This role requires a proactive professional who can design, implement, and execute test strategies, mentor junior QA engineers, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Plan, design, and execute manual regression test cases across web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Perform end-to-end testing of applications including APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Conduct cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, and Web).
• Collaborate with development and product teams to review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
• Ensure effective defect tracking and reporting, driving timely resolution.
• Optimize QA processes and identify opportunities to shift left and catch defects earlier.
• Explore and apply AI-driven testing tools and contribute to testing strategies for AI agents and machine learning models.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers, sharing best practices in manual and automated testing.

• 7+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Strong expertise in manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory).
• Experience testing web, mobile (iOS/Android), and backend systems (APIs, services, databases).
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Good understanding of AI testing practices (validating outputs, handling variability, ensuring fairness, reliability, and safety of AI agents).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Experience with AI/ML systems testing or exposure to AI model evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, Gatling).
• Knowledge of security testing and best practices.
• Contributions to QA process improvements and adoption of AI-driven QA tools.
