Job Description

We're working with a studio who are considered pioneers within their genre. They're recruiting for a Blockchain Strategy Lead with expertise in Web3 and crypto technologies to directly contribute to the success of an innovative project that's set to transform the gaming landscape.

As Blockchain Strategic Lead you'll play a central role in driving blockchain innovation, game design integration, and strategic partnerships for a well-funded, high-growth company.

You'll join a trailblazing company that has already achieved massive success in the mobile gaming space, with millions of downloads worldwide. Now, they are leveraging blockchain technology to launch an exciting new project backed by substantial funding. The team is fully remote, diverse and supportive. Key Responsibilities...

  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive blockchain strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to embed Web3 features seamlessly into gameplay, enhancing the overall user experience
  • Manage token listings, and engage with exchanges and market makers to support and promote the company's tokens
  • Work with the legal team to ensure all Web3 strategies are fully compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships, leveraging industry connections to boost visibility and drive business growth
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to shape business strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • Utilize analytical skills and data to evaluate partnerships and market opportunities, driving decisions that align with business goals
  • Represent the company's vision and products at industry events, fostering a strong external presence

The Skills And Experience You'll Bring To The Role...

  • Proven experience in developing and executing blockchain strategies, ideally within the gaming industry
  • Strong knowledge of Web3 technologies, including cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and blockchain platforms
  • Hands-on experience with token launches, market making, and managing relationships with blockchain exchanges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships both within and outside the organization
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
