Who you are:
SAFe Certified
- Extensive Experience in Agile Coaching: Demonstrated success coaching multiple product teams using multiple Agile methodologies using frameworks like Scrum and SAFe to enhance team performance and scalability.
- Expert Facilitator of Agile Ceremonies: Skilled in leading and facilitating key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring teams stay focused on value delivery and continuous improvement.
- Proven Track Record in Mentorship and Development: Expertise in mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members, fostering growth through tailored coaching and training to strengthen Agile skills and drive team success.
- Coach and support teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in Agile best practices, ensuring alignment with platform goals and OKRs
- Facilitate or guide key Agile ceremonies like standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, while promoting self-sufficiency
- Conduct team maturity assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives across sprints and quarterly planning sessions
