SAFe Certified
- Extensive Experience in Agile Coaching: Demonstrated success coaching multiple product teams using multiple Agile methodologies using frameworks like Scrum and SAFe to enhance team performance and scalability.
- Proven Track Record in Mentorship and Development: Expertise in mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members, fostering growth through tailored coaching and training to strengthen Agile skills and drive team success.
- Guide multiple teams through Agile adoption and cultural transformation.
- Lead, co-facilitate, and shadow team ceremonies while providing actionable feedback.
- Conduct maturity assessments and create targeted coaching plans for improvement.
