Job Description

What you can expect:

  • You will lead the entire HVAC planning process in complex datacenter projects – integrated, digital, and efficient.
  • As a project manager, you will guide your specialist team and take responsibility for quality, cost, and scheduling.
  • You will work with state-of-the-art planning methods (BIM) and coordinate closely with architecture, electrical engineering, structural engineering, site supervision, and specialist contractors.
  • You will manage technical requirements such as cooling systems, air conditioning, heat dissipation, airflow design, redundancy concepts, and emergency scenarios.
  • You will represent ATP confidently to clients, authorities, and executing firms.
  • You will actively contribute to the development of sustainable datacenter standards and support the implementation of our ATP Green Deal.

Qualifications

  • You have a degree from a technical college or university (HTL/FH/TU) in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You have several years of experience in the planning and management of large-scale projects in the datacenter sector.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of cooling technologies, air conditioning, ventilation, and energy-efficient systems.
  • You enjoy leading project teams and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
  • You are proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and enthusiastic about digital tools and BIM-supported workflows.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
  • You take responsibility for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • You’re motivated to create sustainable, high-availability solutions for tomorrow’s digital infrastructure.
