What You Will Do
You will design and develop innovative apparel products that align with brand identity, market trends, and customer needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life from initial sketches to final production.
What You Will Work On
- Create original apparel designs based on seasonal trends and brand direction
- Develop tech packs, sketches, and specifications for sampling and production
- Research fabrics, trims, and construction techniques to enhance product quality
- Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to meet timelines
- Participate in fittings and make adjustments based on feedback and performance
- Strong design portfolio showcasing apparel design and development
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D)
- Understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
