Our client is a software company providing client management applications to organizations in the healthcare industry.
Position overview
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team building AI-powered healthcare services. A key focus will be integrating a Voice AI assistant that supports patients through registration, appointment scheduling and self-scheduling, rescheduling visits, physician referrals, and urgent after-hours consultations with intelligent symptom intake and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver
- Collaborate on testing strategies and define test types
- Prepare and manage test plans, cases, and reports
- Execute automated and manual tests, logging defects
- Analyze test outcomes to identify trends and provide insights
- Work with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automated testing
- Knowledge of and experience working with Selenium, WebDriver (preferably of .NET/C# stack)
- Knowledge of test types and methods of organizing them while testing various applications
- Experience working with test documentation (test plans, cases)
- Good understanding of Postman, Swagger, and other API testing tools
- Readiness to handle manual tasks
- Good spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and experience with FHIR and related integrations
- Programming skills (software, languages, SQL, HTML)
- Experience with Cloud technologies, especially AWS
- Knowledge of the basics of databases and working with DBMS (at least one, e.g., MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of and experience working with and integrating CI (TeamCity, Jenkins, CC.NET)
- Ability to learn new technologies
