Job Title: Senior AI & Full Stack Engineer Location: India (Remote/Hybrid – [Gurugram]) Experience Level: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI & Full Stack Engineer to join our Capability Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving real business problems using cutting-edge technologies, from LLMs and RAG-based AI systems to scalable full stack development and cloud deployment. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and delivering intelligent solutions that combine the latest in AI/ML, deep learning, and modern application development—all the way from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities Design, build, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications to solve business challenges. Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases and embedding models. Apply deep learning techniques (e.g., Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) to build and optimize intelligent systems. Develop full-stack solutions using JavaScript (React/Angular) for frontend and Python/Node.js for backend services. Integrate ML/AI capabilities into user-facing applications seamlessly. Architect and deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline. Strong hands-on experience working with multimodal like GPT, Llama, Gemini, Claude, or similar. Experience building RAG pipelines using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Cohere) Proven experience with ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and NLP along with Familiarity to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML models. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, and experienced with backend development using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) or Node.js. Hands-on deployment experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiar with services like Lambda, S3, EC2, GKE, IAM, experienced in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. SQL and Database Experience: Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Strong problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and ownership mindset.
