Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Flutter + Python)

The client is a veteran-owned, venture-backed, American public benefit corporation building world-class mobile software products for people who serve. We are developing the first and only app suite built for the warfighter in mind, a one-stop shop for personnel and equipment accountability, file sharing, team comms, and scheduling.

The goal is to deliver intuitive tools for communication, scheduling, and asset tracking that enhance operational efficiency and team coordination.

The project is driven by a skilled cross-functional team, including UI/UX designers, TA, data analyst, project manager, and full-stack developers — combining technical excellence with a deep understanding of user needs in mission-critical environments.

IF YOU ARE

• A seasoned software engineer with 3+ years of experience
• Highly experienced with Flutter or thrive in cross-functional collaboration
• Confident in working with Django, Python, and Celery
• Hands-on with PostgreSQL and RESTful APIs
• Comfortable in navigating AWS environments and understanding how to build scalable systems
• Good at solving real-world problems with elegant backend architecture and clean, maintainable code
• Capable of maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client side (English level Intermediate Strong or higher)
