Job Description
As a Senior Manager Mobile Solutions (Technology Architect), you will be responsible for defining and implementing mobile architecture strategies that enable seamless, high-performance, and scalable mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize mobile solutions that enhance user experience and drive business value. This is a six months contract with a potential to extend.

As a Senior Manager Mobile Solutions (Technology Architect), you will be responsible for defining and implementing mobile architecture strategies that enable seamless, high-performance, and scalable mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize mobile solutions that enhance user experience and drive business value. This is a six months contract with a potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and development of mobile apps using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).
- Provide architectural oversight for .NET backend and integration with Azure cloud services.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Review code, provide mentorship, and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
- Consulting & Client Engagement
- Be able to work with clients at a leadership level and clearly articulate technical items into business context
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage client expectations.
- Partner with client on thought leadership and strategic guidance on emerging HealthTech trends, mobile, and cloud solutions.
- Project Delivery
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Own the technical roadmap, backlog prioritization, and risk management.
- Work closely with QA, UX/UI, and DevOps to deliver a seamless end-to-end solution.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Proven hands-on expertise in:
- Mobile Development: Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android)
- Backend Development: .NET Core / C#
- Cloud: Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps Pipelines, API Management, Cosmos DB/SQL, sitecore)
- Deep understanding of healthcare technology standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA compliance preferred).
- Experience in designing secure, scalable, and resilient architectures.
- Proven consulting and stakeholder management skills—comfortable presenting to technical and business audiences.
- Exposure to analytics, AI/ML in healthcare, or wearable integrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collabrate with multi-location teams.
