Salary: $247K package

We’re partnering with a leading organisation to find a Program Manager to lead a high-impact operating model transformation program. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive package of $247K, offering a unique opportunity to drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the transformation program supporting the opening of a new campus location. You’ll bring your expertise in business analysis, operating model design, and program management to shape and implement scalable operating models. Your work will be highly visible, complex, and mission-critical, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and agile delivery in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business analysis, operating model transformation, or program management.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, start-up-like environments, able to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience in higher education is highly desirable, though not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Track record of delivering complex, high-impact programs on time and on budget.
