Scrum Master

Role Overview

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
• Champion Scrum and Agile practices (particularly SAFe), ensuring the team consistently follows the agreed delivery framework.
• Facilitate all key ceremonies—Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives—keeping them efficient, focused, and timeboxed.
• Partner with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide prioritization.
• Safeguard team productivity by removing impediments and enabling delivery of Sprint and PI objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in team performance and dynamics, supporting the resolution of challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Strengthen collaboration and communication between the team and other groups.
• Act as the team’s representative with stakeholders, providing transparent and concise status updates to ensure alignment.
• Leverage delivery metrics to monitor progress and guide improvement.

Critical Skills

• Strong Agile delivery expertise (Scrum, Kanban).
• Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven ability to apply Agile Project Management at an advanced level
