Your Mission

  • Collecting, structuring and analyzing large (market and industry) data sets to scrutinize and steer strategic decisions on a global scale
  • Use predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences, increase revenue, improve ad targeting, and optimize other business outcomes.
  • Revealing competitive behavior in a global and highly-specialized niche market, investigating consumer pattern by gathering and evaluating internally and externally available data
  • Collaborate within the Data Lab team alongside Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Full-Stack Developers.
  • Work closely with Data Analysts in the Data Analytics Department.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to implement models and monitor performance outcomes.
  • Support the company’s cloud migration initiatives, particularly on Azure.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python and SQL to manipulate large datasets and extract insights.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), DevOps, and agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, neural networks) and their practical pros and cons.
  • Strong grasp of advanced statistical concepts (e.g., regression, probability distributions, hypothesis testing) and applied experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud migration is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills combined with business acumen.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, collaborative, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
