🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• 👨 💻 Code with purpose: Build high-quality applications using React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• 🧪 Quality first: Apply TDD/ATDD to craft robust and reliable solutions.
• 🤝 Team over ego: Collaborate in mob programming sessions and share knowledge in real-time.
• 🔄 Agility in action: Contribute in Scrum or Kanban frameworks, keeping delivery fast and focused.
• 🌐 Full stack mindset: From front-end to backend APIs (Node.js, GraphQL), you’ll touch it all.
• 🚢 Continuous delivery: Work with CI/CD pipelines to ship value smoothly and frequently.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong command of React, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on with TDD/ATDD and Extreme Programming practices.
• Team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Solid experience with modern dev tools (Git, build tools, package managers).
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate tech into business language.

🌈 Nice to Have

• Experience with Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with Node.js and GraphQL.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Previous exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
